If you find a mistake in your International Driver’s Document, you may obtain a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date.

You will need to provide us with your order number, full name, address, and date of purchase.

All credits will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
